The Program is simple, and the Fitness Centers are easy to find....
All of our participating fitness centers offer a range of discounts on standard
initiation fees and/or monthly membership dues.
Coventry Health Care of Florida members simply present their Coventry Health
Care of Florida ID card to a selected participating fitness
center, and the established discount offering of the selected fitness center is
applied upon securing a membership.
This site has been created to provide a convenient option to search for participating
fitness centers, to see the discounts offered at each fitness center, and to obtain
more information about each fitness center. Your may also obtain the same information
calling customer service at 1-877-438-0416, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m.
